Joel has lived in the Slinger area his entire life.   He attended Marquette University where he received a bachelor's degree in Criminology and Law.   After retiring from Law Enforcement, he obtained his Life, Accident, and Health License and worked as a Life Insurance agent for several years.    In 2021 Joel obtained his Property and Casualty license and joined Gundrum Insurance and Investments, LLC.   He will be specializing in Life Insurance and Commercial Lines, but also can assist you with Home and Auto Insurance.  He is an active member at St Peters Church where he is involved in many groups.  Joel has two children and is an active outdoorsman spending his free time in northern Wisconsin. 

Rene was born and raised in Sheboygan, and now calls Germantown home.  She attended Lakeshore Technical College where she earned an Associate Degree in Nursing.  Prior to joining Gundrum Insurance and Investments, LLC,  Rene worked as a Registered Nurse for 31 years, and spent 2 years in real estate.  Rene is licensed in health, life, property and casualty. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and fur babies. Other things that bring Rene joy include; listening to live music, interior decorating, going for long walks, and relaxing in her 3 season room watching the wildlife..

Rick Gundrum works with GII clients on the investment side of the business. A life long resident of Slinger, he graduated from UW-Whitewater in 1988 with a BBA in Business Finance - Financial Planning. After working several years for BC Ziegler Co as a Registered Representative, Rick joined the family business in 1997. He holds various securities licenses, Series 7, 63 & 24. Rick also maintains WI Insurance license for Life, Health, & Property/Casualty. Rick is a member of Slinger Advancement Association, Slinger-Allenton Rotary, and St Peter's Finance Committee. Two children, Wyatt and Este keep Rick on the move.

Rick Gundrum (Investment Consultant)

Lois Gundrum joined the agency in March 2014. Lois grew up in the Town of Polk with her six brothers and five sisters. She is a graduate of Slinger High School and Moraine Park Technical College where she earned an Associate Degree in Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse for 18 years before getting licensed for personal auto, homeowners, life and health insurance, including Medicare Products. Lois lives in Slinger with her husband Larry and enjoys being able to walk to work. She volunteers at church and helps out behind the scenes at Slinger Advancement Association events in addition to enjoying yarn crafts, other hobbies, and spending time with family and friends.

Brad Schultz*

Brad graduated from UW Oshkosh in 2002 with a degree in Elementary Education. After teaching for several years, Brad joined the agency in June of 2009. He specializes in Auto, Home and Commercial Insurance. Brad is a member of the Slinger Sportsman’s Club, Hartford Conservation & Gun Club, as well as an Assistant Coach for the Hartford Conservation Club Youth Trap team. *

Larry Gundrum*  Semi-Retired

Larry grew up in Slinger and attended Slinger schools. He graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in accounting. Larry worked for over three years at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. and was a CPA when he joined the family business. Larry has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry selling auto, home and business insurance. He is a long time member of the Slinger Advancement Association and has held all of the officer positions. He was chairman of Slinger’s 125th anniversary celebration and currently puts together the historical pictures for the Community Calendar. Larry was chairman of the Slinger Park Board for many years. He started Slinger’s open gym programs for adult men. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball in the over  40 (he easily qualifies) open gyms.*

Lois Gundrum*
